On July 22, the mobilization meeting for on-site review of the second batch of National High Quality Project Awards 2018-2019 was held in Beijing. Vice President Shang Runtao introduced the selection of this year's national high quality engineering award, and emphasized the following problems in the next review work: first, do a good job in the pending work, check and verify the projects with problems in the materials submitted in the preliminary review one by one according to the list on site; second, do a good job in the verification work, and make sure that all problems do not leave a dead angle, and the legal and compliance aspects are not There are loopholes, and there is no hidden danger in the aspect of quality and safety; third, do a good job in the comprehensive review, strictly control the quality, pay attention to the process, pay attention to the details, do not walk through the field, and carry out the review work in the attitude of being responsible for the national excellent brand. He pointed out that as a reexamination expert, he should strengthen ideological and business learning, improve his position; dare to take responsibility, be responsible, and carry out serious inspection and evaluation of reexamination projects in strict accordance with the "National Quality Engineering Award selection method" and "site reexamination work guide"; do not touch the red line, strictly abide by the bottom line, strictly abide by the eight regulations of the Central Committee and the "National Quality Engineering Award site" Review the code of conduct of experts to ensure the smooth progress of the review.
After the meeting, 167 reexamination experts were divided into 41 reexamination groups according to their industries and regions, and went to 31 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government to carry out reexamination work.
The review is expected to end on August 10.
