On July 9, China Construction Enterprise Management Association set up a platform for China Xinxing development and Construction Co., Ltd. and China Construction First Bureau (Group) Co., Ltd. to carry out benchmarking exchange activities. Shang Runtao, vice president and Secretary General of China Construction Enterprise Management Association, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. Zhang Xiaokui, general manager and Deputy Secretary of the Party committee of China Construction First Bureau (Group) Co., Ltd., and Ma Guolin, executive deputy general manager of China emerging development and Construction Co., Ltd., respectively made speeches. The two sides launched benchmarking exchanges around the grouping of enterprise strategic management, financial investment and construction, and project operation management. In his speech, vice president Shang Runtao pointed out that the benchmarking work of engineering construction enterprises is one of the three mechanisms established by CSCEC in 2019 to comply with the development of the times, meet the needs of enterprises and strengthen enterprise services, which will be taken as a normalization work. He stressed that the purpose of benchmarking is to promote scientific management and technological innovation of enterprises, and improve the economic operation indicators and comprehensive management level of enterprises. Benchmarking is an activity. We should establish an exchange mechanism to achieve co construction, sharing and integrated development.
This benchmarking activity carries out exchanges by means of idea sharing, system exchange, index comparison, case reference, analysis and evaluation. It is highly targeted and pragmatic in content, which is of great significance for the two enterprises to make up for shortcomings, promote development and achieve fundamental improvement and innovation.
